We make financial decisions every time we buy a cup of coffee, plan a trip, or buy a house. Do we use the same methodology in decision making for each of these examples? Should we? This class will explore how the brain makes financial decisions and why it’s important to know this. We will discuss both the psychology of decision making as well as the works of Daniel Kahneman who was awarded the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences in 2002.
