This class is for people with previous painting experience. Jump into our dynamic painting class where each week you'll create a painting from a photograph. We'll focus on quick, economical painting techniques, blocking in shapes, and seeing shapes versus details. Starting with representational art, we'll gradually move into abstract forms. You'll work with acrylics or gouache on canvas or watercolor paper (140 lb-300 lb) in sizes from 8"X10" to 16"X20". Later, we'll explore abstract techniques using palette knives, scrapers, and additives with live demos. Join us to simplify your process, enhance your skills, and bring your artistic vision to life! *Fee does not include painting/drawing supplies. A supply list is included in your confirmation email.
