Continuing after Beginning Bridge 1.0, this course will teach you more basic concepts of the game. The opening bid of one of a major suit and the opening bid of one of a minor suit will be explained. Responses to each of these will be taught. The concept of an overcall will be stressed. Each of these concepts will be illustrated by the playing of hands, with both the bidding and play being analyzed. Handouts will again be used to supplement the required text, which is the same book used in Beginning Bridge 1.0.
