Great for new rowers to gain experience and for experienced rowers to continue conditioning on state-of-the-art Concept2 ergometers. Space is limited so sign up early! Each course is 1.5 hours per session and will include body and weight circuit work. Classes are taught by New Trier High School rowing coaches. Space is limited. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once you register.

COVID-19 safety precautions will be taken.
