The New Trier Swim School is now providing an opportunity for advanced swimmers (minimum age 8) to further improve their technique. This instructional, non-competitive course will focus on stroke development with a class on Freestyle/Backstroke and a class on Breaststroke/Butterfly. Participants need to have passed Level 6 of the Swim School or need to be tested by the instructor. Class includes 30 minutes of instruction and 10 minutes free time.
