This class will follow a progressive order, starting from the very basics and building upon them, exploring the various types of poses, the fundamentals of yogic breathing, experiencing beneficial stretches, ultimately learning to meditate, always closing with a deep relaxation. Various settings will be offered: props, partner yoga, chair yoga, etc. You will enjoy the benefits of reduced stress and better balance, strength and flexibility. Blocks are provided. Please dress in loose, comfortable clothes, bring a mat to class, and a blanket if you desire. Limit of 12.
